The role focuses on delivering technical and commercial support to the Italian distribution network, including dealers and internal teams. It involves managing product-related communication, organizing training, analyzing market trends and competitors, and identifying product improvement opportunities. The candidate will also contribute to the planning of local events, product launches, and field demos, while hosting key clients during factory visits. Adapting global training content to the Italian market is a key part of the role, requiring strong coordination with sales and marketing teams.

The role may support some quoting activities with final customers in collaboration with the Local Area Sales Manager.

Your Impact :

Field support and trainings to Italian Distribution, Italian Dealers, Internal team and sales team.

Product Communication including bulletins, depliants, product information guide.

Identification of product development needs & Competition Analysis.

Market share analysis and forecast on harvesting products. Market-specific adaptation of marketing concepts.

Planning and support in the implementation of events such as new product launches, local trade fairs, and field days. Technical and personal support for VIP visitors (groups) as part of factory visits

Your Experience and Qualification :

Bachelor’s or master's degree in Agricultural Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a similar field with 5+ exposure to technical sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery or related sectors

Solid understanding of agricultural equipment, with specific knowledge of harvesting machinery, is considered a strong advantage. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences

Analytical mindset with experience in market research, competition benchmarking, and identifying product development opportunities. Ability to manage and support local events, field demonstrations, and product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally internationally

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
