We are hiring a Product Expert for our Milan Office!

As a Product Expert, you will be part of the Front Office within the Marketing and Pricing Team.

YOUR MISSION

Support the development of financial products to boost OEM sales.

YOUR ROLE

• Support the implementation of the full product line-up.
• Analyze product shares, characteristics, campaign performance, and support corrective measures for improvement.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis for relevant financial products and benchmark OEM programs and campaigns.
• Assist the Product Manager in major joint meetings with OEM (Operational Sales & Marketing Meetings, Residual Value Committee, etc.).
• Prepare reporting materials for OEM and internal functions.
• Manage IT systems for the correct implementation of financing programs (current and new product management, repricing, new product launch testing, etc.).
• Cooperate with the field force to handle dealers’ operational requests.
• Create monthly CTA for OEM website promotion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 2 years of experience in an automotive brand, financial services, or banking sector.
• University degree in Marketing or Economics.
• Advanced training or education in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Identity, Product Management, or Relationship Management with Account Managers.
• Experience with captive banking is preferred, especially within product or brand management.
• Insight into the automotive industry in Italy.
• Experience developing executive presentations, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to "get things done" even in challenging environments.
• Strong analytical skills to derive correct actions from data.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
