We are hiring a Product Expert for our Milan Office! As a Product Expert, you will be part of the Front Office within the Marketing and Pricing Team.

YOUR MISSION

Support the development of financial products to boost OEM sales.

YOUR ROLE

1. Support the implementation of the full product lineup.
2. Analyze product shares, characteristics, campaign performance, and support corrective measures for improvement.
3. Conduct competitors and market analysis for relevant financial products and benchmark OEMs' programs/financial campaigns.
4. Assist the Product Manager in major joint meetings with OEMs (Operational Sales & Marketing Meetings, Residual Value Committee, etc.).
5. Prepare reporting materials for OEMs and internal functions.
6. Manage IT systems for the correct implementation of financing programs (current and new products management, repricing, new product testing, etc.).
7. Cooperate with the field force to handle dealers’ operational requests.
8. Create monthly Call to Action (CTA) for OEM website promotions.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

1. At least 2 years of experience in an automotive brand, financial services, or banking sector.
2. University degree in Marketing or Economics.
3. Additional training in Marketing, Branding, Corporate Identity, Product Management, or Account Management.
4. Experience with captive banking is preferred, especially in product or brand management.
5. Insight into the automotive industry in Italy.
6. Experience in developing executive presentations, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
7. Ability to work effectively even in challenging environments.
8. Strong analytical skills to develop appropriate actions from data.
9. Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
10. Fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
