THE ACTIVITIES

We are looking for a qualified Product Engineer to join our team.

The candidate will be based in Agrate Brianza (MB) and focus on developing high-volume mixed signal devices for the printer and data storage markets, guiding devices from early conceptual stages to mass production through:

1. Deep interaction with the design team to define suitable DFT/DFM (design for testability/manufacturability) solutions to meet test coverage targets.
2. Development and validation of HW/SW test solutions for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), ensuring the defined test coverage and maximizing efficiency.
3. Device characterization using ATE, analyzing test results, and reporting to assess device maturity and validation phase achievement.
4. Product industrialization: transferring ATE test solutions to mass production test sites.

Improving device yield and test programs through iterative collaboration with wafer fab, design, and production test teams, applying continuous improvement principles.

Profile

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in C / C++ programming
• Experience with instrumentation (oscilloscopes, DVM, etc.)
• Passion for innovation and solving technical problems
• Intermediate English skills

Preferred characteristics:

• Experience with silicon debugging & characterization on mixed signal devices
• Knowledge of ATE
• Availability to travel abroad
