Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Role Overview

You will promote the full range of Rijk Zwaan varieties in the Italian market, specifically in Veneto, Lombardia, Piemonte, and Liguria. Your responsibilities include supporting existing market share, developing new opportunities through increased contact with growers, and setting up commercial trials. Using your technical and sales expertise, communication skills, and your ability to connect with key partners, you will demonstrate the added value of Rijk Zwaan varieties in your assigned area. Additionally, you will support local marketing activities to ensure product development and demand generation, collaborate closely with colleagues, and play a vital role in launching new varieties.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture with a background in vegetable production and knowledge of market crops.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales or promotion within the horticulture sector.
• Based in the Piacenza or Verona area.

We are looking for a team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and effective interpersonal skills to gain support from others. You should be proactive, capable of taking initiatives easily, and possess a commercial and client-focused approach. Strong negotiation skills, willingness to travel extensively within the defined area, and fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written, are essential.
