Mission & Responsibilities

As part of the Product Development & Innovation Team, the key responsibilities are:

• Support the Senior Product Development & Innovation Manager during the development of new scents from concept ideation to compound validation for all the product categories
• Conduct competition analysis on new trends and product launches across various markets with a global perspective
• Perform trend analysis by researching and identifying emerging scent trends within and outside the beauty industry to support the creation of new scents and concepts/briefs
• Follow all activities related to fragrance formula development in accordance with ADP/LVMH R&D development process guidelines
• Oversee regulatory reformulations, including activities related to compounds and formulas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Chemistry preferred
• Experience in a fragrance house or in fragrance development is a plus
• Proactive, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset
• Relational and agile approach to stakeholder management and multi-project coordination
• Passionate about fragrances, olfactive trends, and perfumes
