LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton cerca un Sviluppatore Prodotto Gifting per l’Accessories Team. Il ruolo supporta lo Development Manager per portare lo sviluppo dalla ideazione alla fase GO STYLE, bilanciando estetica, fattibilità tecnica, costi e standard di qualità Maison.

Sono richieste lauree in Design/ingegneria e 5–7 anni di esperienza in sviluppo prodotto accessori, preferibilmente pelletteria. Elevata disponibilità a viaggiare e ottima conoscenza italiano/inglese; francese è un plus.

Competenze

• Laurea in Industrial Design, Ingegneria o equivalente.
• 5–7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di sviluppo prodotto per Accessori (metallo, pelle, molteplici materiali).
• Interesse elevato per i prodotti, preferibilmente pelletteria, buona comprensione del mercato lusso.
• Conoscenza del pacchetto Office e PLM.

Mansioni

• Gestire le richieste dei designer per lo sviluppo di nuove collezioni in linea con i brief di Marketing.
• Approvvigionamento materiali, tecniche o fornitori in base al brief di progetto.
• Monitorare arrivo mock-up e prototipi, follow-up settimanali sullo sviluppo.
• Follow-up fornitori.
• Creazione di ordini di sviluppo e ricerca.
• Gestione campioni speciali: ordini, consegne, spedizioni.
• Pianificare il brief creativo fino alla fase GO STYLE.
• Sviluppare l’approccio reuse/circularity e Design to Cost.
• Attenzione a tematiche regolamentari.

PositionPosition Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Development Gifting to join our Accessories Team. Supported by the Development Manager, this role is pivotal in driving new collection development, from ideation to the 'GO STYLE' phase, by effectively balancing design aesthetics with technical feasibility, cost efficiency, quality standards, and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Style and Marketing teams and animate all the industrial stakeholders ensuring timely execution of mock-ups and prototypes in adherence to Maison quality standards and industrial strategies.

Job ResponsabilitiesKey Responsibilities:

• Manage designer requests for new collection development, aligning with Marketing briefs
• Sourcing specific materials, technics or suppliers upon the project brief
• Monitor mock-ups and prototypes arrival for collection meetings and conduct weekly development follow-ups
• Supplier follow-up
• Creation of development and research-related orders
• Overseeing special order samples: orders, deliveries, and dispatch
• Responsible for planning the creative brief all the way through to the GO STYLE phase
• Develop the re-use/circular creativity approach
• Design to Cost approach
• Sensible to reglementary topics

ProfileProfile:

Degree in Industrial Design, Engineering or similar;5/7 years of experience in product development roles for Accessoires (metal, leather, multiple materials, etc.);Hight interest in products, ideally in leather goods and a good understanding of the luxury market.Knowledge of leather goods development/design would be a plusGood knowledge of the Office suite and PLM.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus.Travel: Frequent weekly travel within Italy and France is required.Leadership & Competences:Dynamism and proactivity are essential personal characteristicsMotivation PassionFlexibilityAbility to work in a teamAbility to influence organizations, with an entrepreneurial spirit.Excellent communication skills in environments with diverse stakeholders and good adaptability.
