Job summary

Replika is seeking a hands-on Product Designer to craft high-quality user experiences across mobile and web during a pivotal product moment in its history. You will shape what millions see, feel, and interact with as the product handles deeply personal conversations.

You’ll work with a fast, thoughtful team, Owning end-to-end design from onboarding to daily interactions, and collaborating closely with PMs and engineers to ensure trust and polish in every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Product Designer
About this role

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Designer with impeccable taste, strong ownership, and deep love for users. You’ll be crafting high-quality user experiences across mobile and web, and you’ll be doing it during the most important product moment in Replika’s history.

You’ll be shaping what millions of people see, feel, and fall in love with — from onboarding to daily interaction. The product handles deeply personal conversations, and the design has to earn that trust at every touchpoint.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web, including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI.




• Own your work end-to-end: from idea → prototype → final design.




• Work closely with the product manager and engineers to bring ideas to life.




• Use data and feedback to improve fast. We ship, learn, repeat.




• Help shape and evolve our design system.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments.




• A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft — with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps.




• You’re proactive, hands-on, and love shipping real things.




• You care about users and obsess over getting the details right.




• Curious, collaborative, and excited to build something that matters.




• Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus Points

• Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products.




• Experience with UX research: planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions.




• Prompt engineering experience.




• Experience building or scaling a design system from scratch.
