Responsibilities

1. Craft accessible and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile platforms through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
2. Drive user research to collect actionable insights and make data-informed design decisions.
3. Own and evolve our design system in partnership with the development team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
4. Collaborate with developers during all design phases. At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs.
5. Influence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations.
6. Visual storytelling: Have strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design.
7. Collaborative approach: Involve different stakeholders throughout your process.
8. Clear communication: Express ideas with clarity, transparency, and respect, and give/receive constructive feedback effectively.
9. Decisiveness and autonomy: Apply learnings and adapt quickly, balancing quality and velocity.
10. Pragmatism: Follow industry standards when appropriate, and innovate when necessary.

Requirements

1. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in designing digital products, from ideation to implementation.
3. A strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your process and achievements.
4. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus!
5. Experience with user research practices and methodologies.
6. Good understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. No coding required, but effective communication with engineers is essential.
7. Proficiency in Figma and other design software.
8. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
