Responsibilities

1. Craft accessible and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile platforms through wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
2. Drive user research to collect actionable insights and make data-informed design decisions.
3. Own and evolve our design system in partnership with the development team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
4. Collaborate with developers during all design phases. At BonusX, we prefer to work on solutions together instead of just “handing over” designs.
5. Influence product strategy, bringing insights to keep us innovative and aligned with user and market expectations.
6. Act as a visual storyteller with strong foundations in typography, branding, and information design.
7. Work collaboratively by involving different stakeholders throughout your process.
8. Communicate ideas clearly with transparency and respect, giving and receiving constructive feedback effectively.
9. Be decisive and autonomous, applying learnings and changing course quickly while balancing quality and velocity.
10. Follow industry standards when appropriate, but also know when to innovate by breaking them.

Requirements

1. Degree (or equivalent experience) in Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in designing digital products, working hands-on from ideation to implementation.
3. A strong design portfolio showcasing 2-3 projects explaining your design process and achievements.
4. Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Italian is a plus!
5. Experience with user research practices and methodologies.
6. Good understanding of Front-End development practices and technologies. You don’t need to code, but should communicate effectively with our engineering team.
7. Proficiency in working with Figma and other design software.
8. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
