Job summary

TextYess S.R.L. in Italy seeks a Product/UX designer to own the design bar across our AI-first CRM, from the design system to micro-interactions. Youll design experiences that feel simple yet powerful for merchants, pairing daily with engineers and prototyping with AI tools.

Youll ship weekly fixes by listening to customers, and you will build in code, not just in Figma. English fluency is required; Italian is a plus, and stock options await the right candidate.

We're the AI-first CRM that turns conversations into revenue. On-site, WhatsApp, email, voice: our AI Agents sell, support, and retain customers for the best B2C brands out there, autonomously.

The role

Craft is the job. You'll take ambiguous problems and turn them into products that feel simple: intentional, with nothing that doesn't need to be there, and layered so merchants are never overloaded. You'll own the design bar across everything we ship, from the design system to the last micro-interaction.

You'll pair daily with engineers, prototype with AI and push your own PRs. No hand-offs. You'll report to Antoine, our Head of Product, in a product team of three.

What you'll actually be doing

• Raise the UX bar. Design system, user flows, micro-interactions: you own how TextYess feels, across every product.




• Run the papercut hunt. Use the product like a merchant, listen to customers and CS, spot what needs a redesign, and ship the fixes. Something ships every week.




• Pair closely with engineers. Lead projects end-to-end with engineers, challenging solutions along the way.




• Build in code, not just in Figma. Prototype with AI tools, then take the branch and push the PR yourself.




• Create the AI + merchant experience. Design how our agents and merchants work together: what an agent shows, when a human approves, edits or steps in.




• Grow the system. Own the design system and the tools and standards the whole team follows.

What you bring

• Exposure and experience in designing software products, with a portfolio we can interrogate: real flows with edge cases and interactions, not Figma prototypes (2-3 shipped products).




• Design in code. You've shipped design in a real codebase using AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) and a PR workflow. You don't need to be an engineer.




• Taste and system thinking. You see the whole product tree before the screen in front of you, you build reusable patterns, and you push back when something isn't right.




• Economic thinking. You tie design to outcomes and know what to cut, when to go deep and when to just ship.




• Fluent English,Italian is a plus.




• Bonus points: engineering skills, experience with AI or agent UX, or a side project people actually use.

• Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €35K to €60K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
