Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join the global team as we continue our growth!

As Product Designer you will be help in defining UX strategy and establishing a design-led culture in the company. You will collaborate with a team of Product designers to drive product innovation and increase customer satisfaction with our products.

Reporting into the UX Design Lead, you will work on transformation of our processes and support the cultural shift of our company!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in building a UX vision in alignment with the Product vision and develop a clear strategy to increase the Design Maturity
• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Drive UX discussions about topics like product vision, design systems, design delivery and collaboration with engineering teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create innovative user experiences for the XTEL solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply them to improve our design processes and outcomes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications

A great candidate will have:

• Ideally 5 years’ experience in sophisticated international B2B digital multi-platform products and experiences
• Specialist skill level with standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision and Adobe suite.
• Experience facilitating UX design activities through workshops and design methods.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:

• Bs or Ms degree in design would be appreciated (plus: with an emphasis on Human-Computer interaction), or equivalent professional experience.
