The Revenue Operations domain focuses on enabling Mollie’s commercial teams to thrive by providing scalable tools, data, and processes that support growth initiatives, such as launching new products, expanding into new markets, or increasing sales efficiency. A key project is the CRM migration, a foundational shift to support Mollie’s next growth stage.

As a Product Delivery Manager in the Revenue Operations domain, you will be part of the Sales Automation team. You’ll lead the delivery of key initiatives—like our CRM migration—by translating plans into clear timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across teams. Your work will directly impact our commercial growth by equipping our Sales teams with the tools they need to succeed in new markets, launch new products, and scale confidently.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Leading the delivery of high-impact projects such as our CRM migration and sales enablement tooling
  2. Collaborating with stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering to align priorities and remove blockers
  3. Owning planning and execution processes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  4. Scaling go-to-market capabilities for new products and markets
  5. Driving continuous improvement in delivery practices within the Sales Automation team
