Nokia is seeking a Product Compliance Manager in Italy to lead the Product Compliance test laboratory and ensure ICT products meet applicable standards and regulatory requirements. You will manage environmental testing, safety, EMC, and related regulatory aspects within a team of technicians.

You will collaborate with R&D, PLM and ESG teams, developing policies, test plans, and documentation to maintain ISO 17025 and TL9000 compliance.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a scientific discipline with hardware development background.
• Proven experience with test laboratory management.
• Knowledge of IEC/ISO 17025 and ISO9000/TL9000 quality systems.
• Background in ICT equipment testing fields: EMC, safety, environmental conditions.
• Experience with standardization organizations for ICT equipment.
• Understanding of sustainability aspects related to product compliance.

Mansioni

• Develop and implement laboratory policies, procedures, and quality systems to ensure optimal laboratory performance.
• Develop the quality policy and documentation to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.
• Define and maintain process documents requested for product compliance for ISO 9000/TL 9000.
• Manage operations costs and capital expenditures for proper laboratory operation.
• Enforce health and safety policy for laboratory staff per applicable regulations.
• Lead and develop a team of technicians, guiding test-setups and test plans.
• Coordinate product compliance plans and tests with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to R&D, PLM, and ESG teams on compliance requirements.
• Support sustainability-related aspects in ICT product compliance.
• Manage standardization activities in ETSI, IEC, ITU-T, CENELEC for EMC, safety and environmental standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve lab operation issues such as equipment malfunctions and safety concerns.
