Job Description:

The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:

• Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements
• Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet development targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Planning and executing strategic initiatives to develop the business by leveraging current and future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals

Key accountabilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap
• Deliver market and product requirements
• Develop and implement significant initiatives impacting revenue
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and third parties on partnerships and licensing opportunities
• Manage beta and discovery programs for new products and samples, overseeing development activities
• Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration and trust among teams
• Liaise with advertising and PR to promote the product

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is a plus
• Experience as Product Manager/Business Development in Food & Beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides)
• Success in launching components/devices on the market
• Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards
• Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to influence without authority
• Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with data analysis capabilities
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptable to change
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
