Job Description:

The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including:

• Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
• Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet development targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Planning and executing strategic initiatives to develop business opportunities based on current and future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Key accountabilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver market and product requirements.
• Develop and secure significant new initiatives impacting revenue.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
• Manage beta and discovery programs for new products and samples, overseeing development activities.
• Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration and trust among teams.
• Liaise with advertising and PR to promote the product.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an MBA is a plus.
• Solid experience as a Product Manager or in Business Development within the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides).
• Successful track record in launching components/devices to the market.
• Knowledge of industry standards in food & beverage.
• Proven project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Problem-solving, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
