Job Description:

The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:

• Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
• Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure development targets and customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Planning and executing key strategic initiatives to develop the business, exploiting opportunities given by current/future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Key accountabilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver market and product requirements.
• Develop and secure significant new initiatives impacting revenue.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
• Act as program/project manager for beta and discovery programs with early-stage products and samples, overseeing new product development activities.
• Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration and foster trust among teams.
• Liaise with advertising and PR to promote the product.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is a plus.
• Solid experience as a Product Manager/Business Developer in the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides).
• Proven success in defining and launching components/devices on the market.
• Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards.
• Proven project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong problem analysis, strategic thinking, and data analysis skills.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills, with adaptability to shifting priorities and rapid changes.
• Availability to travel at least 50% of the time.
