Job Description:

The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:

• Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends.
• Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
• Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
• Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet development targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Planning and executing strategic initiatives to develop the business, leveraging current and future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.

Key accountabilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver market and product requirements.
• Develop and secure significant new initiatives impacting revenue.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
• Manage programs/projects to plan and execute beta and discovery programs with early-stage products and samples, overseeing new product development activities.
• Support sales and marketing with product knowledge and technical expertise as an industry expert.
• Enhance cross-functional collaboration and trust among teams.
• Liaise with advertising and PR to promote the product.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an MBA is a plus.
• Solid experience as a Product Manager or Business Developer in the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides).
• Proven success in launching components/devices on the market.
• Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards.
• Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Excellent teamwork and influence skills across functions.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with data analysis skills.
• Outstanding planning and organizational skills, adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
