Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Product Assurance Inspector to oversee manufacturing activities inside the workshop.

You will report to the Product Assurance Manager and work across quality standards and codes, ensuring compliance and nuclear safety.

This role requires a high school or college degree, 3+ years in quality control, and Italian/English language skills; two-shift scheduling is available.

Qualifikationen

• Identify conditions affecting quality and nuclear safety; verify procedures cover standards.
• Follow oversight plans prepared by the Product Assurance Inspector Lead.
• Manage Quality Control Plan open/closure activities to ensure compliance.

About the role:

The primary function for the Product Assurance Inspector is to perform internal oversight inspections on manufacturing activities inside the workshop.

You will report to the Product Assurance Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform oversight on fabrication activities according to job documentation and related standard and code;
• Support the Costumer and the Agency Notified Body on quality issues;
• Guarantee that manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and codes requirements;
• Identify any condition that could affect quality and nuclear safety standard, ensuring that internal procedures adequately describe all standards and processes;
• Follow the internal oversight plans which shall be prepared by the Product Assurance Inspector Lead or by their delegate;
• Responsible for Quality Control Plan Open and Closure activities to ensure compliance with the quality standard prescribed.

Qualifications:

• High school or College degree;
• 3+ years experience in quality control and implementation of corrective actions;
• Availability to work in two shifts: Monday to Friday – Shift 1: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Shift 2: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm;
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level).

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €29.100 to €37.000.
