The Product Analyst acts as a key player in designing, building, and delivering an end-to-end digital product that meets business requirements and leverages the latest technology trends. He/She ensures long-term stability, maintainability, compliance, and data integrity according to the CCH landscape and standards.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as SME in SPM ServiceNow and serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team, supporting the product manager in refining the backlog and delivering value while ensuring high end-user satisfaction.
- Analyze business requirements, translate them into technical requirements, assist in effort estimation, and keep the product backlog and documentation updated.
- Collaborate with the product manager and architects to validate process compliance of new requirements, aiming for simplification and standardization of solutions.
- Align UI/UX aspects with business owners and stakeholders, and validate technical realization.
- Identify and address performance and usability gaps, analyze user feedback, and recommend sustainable improvements.
- Guide the business team on current and future ServiceNow platform capabilities, identifying proof of concept opportunities.
- Prioritize the product backlog with the product manager, aligning with the product roadmap.
- Participate in product development and contribute to release and PI scope delivery.
- Assess and prioritize backlog items within approved PI scope, including detailed business analysis.
- Analyze detailed business requirements, prepare business designs, define backlog items, and approve solution designs with architects.
- Engage in product operations, focusing on continuous improvement of products and services.
- Contribute to improving service delivery and availability.
- Assess escalated incidents and problems to ensure faster resolution.
- Guide backlog prioritization and monitor product stability and performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in proactive monitoring and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
- Deliver product system training for major product enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management modules, including demand, project, resource, and application portfolio management.
- Experience working with business owners and technical teams to develop solutions.
- Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scaled Agile and DevSecOps delivery models.
- Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization for ServiceNow modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning about ServiceNow, Agile, and industry best practices.
- Ability to lead discussions and guide technical solutions.
- ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with DevSecOps tools like SAFe and Azure DevOps.
- Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and independently.
