An overview of the role We are discovering a Procurement Transformation Strategy Manager based in Rome or Milan, who has knowledge and experience in transformation and process improvement initiatives. You will :

Participate and / or lead the transformation projects within Procurement area, guiding Transformation Consultants and Transformation Analysts in successful development and delivery of the project deliverables. Participate and / or lead the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, RPA implementation, training delivery, change management and similar. Be accountable for all project deliverables (cross streams) as well as own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases. Participate and / or lead the projects for external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements. Act as a Stream Lead or Project Lead, having full accountability for high quality deliverables with minimum guidance. Why you? Minimum 2 years of experience and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within Procurement and Supply Chain areas. Experience in target operating model design, organizational design and process design (process flows, narratives, operating procedures, control frameworks) and documentation preparation. Very good knowledge and experience in at least one of the eProcurement systems (Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa, Tradeshift etc.) and the ERPs (SAP, Oracle). Fluency in both English and Italian. Why us?
