Jobtailor in Milano is seeking a procurement systems specialist to act as the go-to contact for SAP-based tools and related platforms. You will support users, test enhancements, and drive digitalisation of procurement processes.

You will monitor KPIs, provide data-driven reporting, manage contracts and purchase orders, and collaborate across business, IT, procurement, and suppliers to improve performance.

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent credential with additional specialization.
• Experience supporting procurement tools and guiding users through system topics.
• Experience turning complex data into actionable reports and recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate with business functions, IT teams, procurement stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Confident SAP MM expertise.
• Knowledge of SRM, Coupa, EBP, EBCN, Extranet, or ECP.
• Strong ownership, root-cause analysis, and results focus.
• Knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent local language skills and advanced English proficiency.

• Act as the go-to contact for procurement systems and support users across the organization.
• Explore new functionalities, test system enhancements, and contribute ideas for procurement process digitalisation and innovation.
• Monitor procurement KPIs, analyze performance trends, and provide reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Prepare contracts and purchase orders, validate purchasing requests, and process procurement activities accurately and on time.
• Build relationships with internal business requesters and support adoption of procurement processes and tools.
• Contribute to market research, supplier scouting, sourcing initiatives, and supplier implementation with Category Managers.
• Maintain supplier and contract information and identify opportunities to improve procurement performance.
