Competenze

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans des entreprises multinationales ou cabinets de conseil.
• Diplôme en gestion, ingénierie, finance ou discipline commerciale connexe.

What you’ll do :

You will join the Sisal Corporate Procurement team, specifically in the Italian Procurement Department, reporting directly to the Procurement Manager.

You will be involved in executing supply projects—from analytics to delivery—according to the procurement strategy, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and quality on a global and local scale. You will coordinate and lead internal clients throughout the entire RFX process, contract negotiations, and definitions, collaborating with HR and Marketing departments. You will also manage and enforce procurement policies and procedures.

Who you are :

You have at least 2 years of experience in industrial / Commercial Multinational Companies or Consulting Firms.

You hold a degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related commercial discipline.

You possess excellent knowledge of procurement tools such as Vendor Rating, Vendor Management, P2P, and office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), along with understanding of procurement processes.

You are proficient in both English and Italian, spoken and written.

You are a self-starter—proactive, organized, and results-oriented.

You communicate effectively and are comfortable working in teams.

Preferably, you also have :

Previous experience in process design and implementation.

Basic knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, Visual Basic, or Oracle DB, as well as French language skills.
