PRADA Group is seeking aProcurement professional to manage packaging, small equipment, small appliances, and ceramics categories, ensuring high standards of quality and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Sales to support store needs and develop new packaging solutions, including seasonal campaigns.

You will need strong negotiation, supplier management, Excel proficiency, and the ability to operate in a luxury, international environment.

Competenze

• 4–7 years of experience in procurement / purchasing roles.
• Previous experience in packaging management is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good cost analysis and budget management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Structured approach to problem solving.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with different stakeholders.

• Packaging Management: Management and sourcing of packaging categories (shopping bags, boxes, gift packaging, takeaway and delivery materials, cups, etc.), both food-contact and commercial packaging.
• Coordination of the development of seasonal packaging and holiday-specific packaging.
• Monitoring demand and planning orders in collaboration with the Operations and Sales teams.
• Identification, selection, and development of new suppliers.
• Management of commercial negotiations, tenders, and purchasing conditions.
• Monitoring supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery times, and service levels.

JOB PURPOSE

The candidate will join the Procurement team and will be responsible for the operational and strategic management of the packaging, small equipment, small household appliances, and ceramics categories, ensuring high standards of quality, cost efficiency, and supply chain continuity.

The role involves strong cross-functional coordination with the Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams in order to support store needs and the development of new packaging solutions, including seasonal campaigns and special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Packaging Management

• Management and sourcing of packaging categories (shopping bags, boxes, gift packaging, takeaway and delivery materials, cups, etc.), both food-contact and commercial packaging
• Coordination of the development of seasonal packaging and holiday-specific packaging
• Monitoring demand and planning orders in collaboration with the Operations and Sales teams
• Identification, selection, and development of new suppliers
• Management of commercial negotiations, tenders, and purchasing conditions
• Monitoring supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery times, and service levels
• Collection and verification of all certifications in compliance with current regulations

Cost and Budget Control

• Support, monitoring, and inventory analysis of cost centers and suppliers
• Monitoring and optimization of purchasing costs
• Cost analysis and identification of continuous cost-saving opportunities
• Support in defining and managing the budget for the assigned categories

NOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

4–7 years of experience in procurement / purchasing roles

Previous experience in packaging management is preferred

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills

Good cost analysis and budget management skills

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Good command of English

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Structured approach to problem solving

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work in a team and interact with different stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience in the food, hospitality, retail, or luxury sectors

Experience in managing premium packaging

Knowledge of packaging materials and production processes

Awareness of sustainability topics related to materials
