About the Role

• We’re looking for a Purchasing Specialist to join our friendly and collaborative team in Truccazzano. You’ll be a key player in managing purchase control processes for CCM (our subsidiary company), helping us strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage our Purchase Order repository, ensuring every purchase is properly formalized, approved, and tracked.
• Drive procurement process improvements, making workflows more efficient and transparent.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring suppliers are approved, monitored, and performing at their best.
• Oversee documentation and reconciliations, supporting financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Act as the main point of contact for purchasing, ensuring compliance with policy and smooth operations across the business.

About You

• Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing, finance, or accounting.
• A natural team player with strong collaboration and relationship skills.
