AbbVie seeks a Senior Specialist, Procurement Operations to drive source-to-contract processes and ensure compliance with policies across multiple sites in Italy. You will contribute to supplier diversity, implement continuous improvements, and support day-to-day procurement excellence.

Ideal candidates bring strong Microsoft Office and SAP/S4Hana skills, a background in pharma materials, and a collaborative, process-improvement mindset to optimize operations and stakeholder alignment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related function.
• Experience in source to contract, requisition to pay and negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
• Proficiency in SAP/S4Hana is preferred.
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, direct materials preferred.

• Be a subject matter expert over Procurement processes across multiple categories.
• Lead in development and deployment of process efficiency projects.
• Execute procurement, sourcing, and contracting with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Enable team goals and ensure performance targets are met.
• Collaborate across procurement, legal, and site colleagues to optimize outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and develop procurement expertise.
