What do we look for?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in fast-paced environments like restaurants, hospitality, or food & beverage services
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with strategic thinking
• Strong understanding of financial management and business development in procurement
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with suppliers
• Ability to handle pressure, meet demanding targets, and tight deadlines
• Deep passion for food, beverages, and hospitality, with a focus on quality and precision
• Multitasking and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Fluency in Italian and English

What will you work on?

• Carrying out purchasing transactions aligned with organizational policies, strategic goals, and quality standards
• Developing relationships with existing suppliers, sourcing alternative suppliers, and comparing market prices
• Obtaining and negotiating prices with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Accepting products based on agreed prices and quantities
• Controlling orders and tracking stock, especially from Turkey
• Managing local purchasing processes
• Using ERP systems for purchasing and communicating with suppliers
