Dauch Corporation is seeking a Procurement Manager for Italy to lead strategic and operational procurement activities for its Powder Metallurgy business. The role focuses on cost-effective, timely supply, supplier excellence, and continuous cost optimization for production sites in Italy.

You will manage supplier negotiations, market analysis, and development of new suppliers, while leading a local procurement team and collaborating with cross-functional regional teams across engineering,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment, with solid technical understanding.
• Proven experience in development and implementation of procurement and supplier strategies.
• Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Analytical and solution-oriented approach with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership capabilities to develop team members and collaborate in cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluency in German, Italian and English.

As Procurement Manager Italy (m/f/d) you are responsible for leading the strategic and operational procurement activities for our Powder Metallurgy Business Unit. Job Description

• Responsibility for strategic and operational procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of production sites.
• Implementation of the regional procurement strategy and continuous improvement of local purchasing processes and supplier structures.
• Conducting price, contract, and commercial negotiations, as well as concluding supplier agreements.
• Analysis of procurement markets and identification, qualification, and development of new suppliers to ensure a competitive supplier base.
• Establishment and maintenance of sustainable supplier relationships, including supplier performance management and claims management.
• Close collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and regional Procurement teams.
• Leadership, coaching, and development of the local procurement team.

Required Skills And Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
