To support this exciting journey, we’re looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Buyer to join our team and help shape the future of our sourcing strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Contribute to the development and execution of our sourcing strategy in line with business goals
• Identify opportunities and critical issues in procurement flows , proposing concrete solutions
• Constantly scout the market to discover new suppliers through fairs, meetings and research
• Lead negotiations and manage renewals , ensuring optimal terms and full compliance
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure transparency across all purchasing agreements
• Analyze trends and data to anticipate needs and optimize the purchasing portfolio
• Co-develop seasonal assortments with the Product team to keep our offer fresh and on-point
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail and Product Development teams
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor purchasing performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in the Retail or Food industry
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trusted supplier relationships
• Analytical mindset and confidence in handling data-driven decisions
• Experience with contract management and procurement systems
• A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent English and Italian is a must, other languages are a plus
• You’re curious, ambitious and always looking for ways to improve
