Job summary

ICEL in Brescia, Italy, is seeking a Procurement Manager who blends technical and commercial purchasing to drive value.

You will lead supplier negotiations on price, terms and delivery, support sales and estimating teams, and expand the supplier base while focusing on cost, quality and lead times.

You will develop digital and AI tools for price analysis and bid evaluation, working with internal colleagues in a permanent, hybrid environment that values autonomy and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Significant industrial purchasing experience, preferably with EPC contractors, electrical plant suppliers or electromechanical companies.
• Strong negotiation skills, including complex negotiations and purchasing cost reduction.
• Knowledge of electrical components and their suppliers, preferably in LV/MV applications.
• Ability to analyse costs, compare bids and assess total purchasing cost.
• Autonomy, a focus on results and an interest in using digital and AI tools.
