The opportunity

We are looking for a Procurement Contract & Bid Administration Experienced Professional in Milano, who will be responsible for managing work associated with coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/vendors.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Coordinate the preparation of contract and bid documents
  • Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process
  • Collect and analyze technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents
  • Liaise with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review
  • Document performance and service level agreements and monitor vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.

Your background

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar;
  • >3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Good knowledge of Italian and English;
  • Proactivity, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
