The opportunity
We are looking for a Procurement Contract & Bid Administration Experienced Professional in Milano, who will be responsible for managing work associated with coordinating, negotiating, and administering procurement proposals, bids, and contracts with suppliers/vendors.
How you'll make an impact

1. Coordinate the preparation of contract and bid documents
2. Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained throughout the process
3. Collect and analyze technical, financial, and legal information as input to contract and bid documents
4. Liaise with applicable technical, finance or legal teams on matters requiring review
5. Document performance and service level agreements and monitor vendor/supplier performance against those agreements.

Your background

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics or similar;
2. >3 years of experience in a similar role;
3. Good knowledge of Italian and English;
4. Proactivity, good attention to detail and strong communication skills are required.
