Job Description:

RINA is recruiting for a Process & Technology Innovation Senior Consultant to join its office in Bari, Genova, La Spezia, or Lecce within the Cyber Security and Management Consulting Division.

Mission

This role involves leadership, strategic insights, project oversight, client relationship management, team development, and implementing solutions in process efficiency, technology adoption, and decarbonisation across sectors like manufacturing, O&G, energy, and public entities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct technological scenario analyses to identify cutting-edge technologies and suppliers for projects (e.g., industrial tech, decarbonisation, digitalization).
• Perform competitive intelligence analysis.
• Optimize supply chain strategy and procurement processes.
• Identify innovative technology trends and key players.
• Prepare technical documentation for accessing grants and incentives (e.g., PNRR, EU funds).
• Participate in EU project activities and travel across Europe.
• Manage customer relationships and identify business opportunities.

Qualifications include approximately 3-5 years of experience in consultancy or result-driven companies, client interaction skills, proficiency in English, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or related fields is required.
