Job Description

Your responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and cascading contractual process requirements, focusing on process disciplines and traceability during project phases.
  • Coordinating process engineering interfaces in technical, scheduling, and quality aspects, including P&ID, risk assessments, and plant operation integration.
  • Preparing process engineering documentation for execution, operation manuals, and CE conformity.
  • Managing technical documentation between process disciplines.
  • Managing process engineering interfaces per business processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards.
  • Leading HAZOP studies and ensuring plant safety regulations are followed.
  • Supporting process engineering reviews during commissioning and pre-trial phases.
  • Developing and maintaining HZI’s technical standards and guidelines.
  • Adhering to HZI work methodologies and guidelines like Comos.
  • Supporting proposal management within your area of expertise.

Qualifications

Your experiences should include:

  • Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years in a similar role within energy, environmental tech, renewables, oil & gas, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering, CAE tools, P&IDs, logic diagrams, and Aspen simulation software.
  • Deep understanding of process engineering and equipment design, especially in the energy sector.
  • Functional Safety Engineering experience.
  • Technical leadership in renewable gas projects.
  • Experience in plant construction and commissioning.
  • Expertise in process engineering, main equipment design, automation, and control systems.
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers and procurement processes.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams.
  • Ability to integrate technical systems effectively.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, detail-oriented, and precise in work style.
  • Fluent in English.
