The Recruitment process is managed by Key2People, a partner of NEXTCHEM.
The Process Leader is responsible for the activities related to the Process discipline within medium / small size projects or, reporting to the Process Manager, for a specific scope of work within a large complex project.
The Process Leader coordinates a group of process engineers assigned to the project according to the assigned budget and the project schedule, ensuring the costs optimization.
Duties and Responsibilities :
During the execution of a project, the main tasks of the Process Leader are as follow :
The Process Leader can be assigned to large size or high complexity projects (e.g. multi line project) as a support to the Process Manager for the management of a specific portion (e.g. one line) of the related Process activities.
The Process Leader ensure the coordination of the activities performed by Process team by analyzing the technical documentation to be provided to the Proposal Function during the bidding phase.
