Role Overview

As a Process Engineer reporting directly to the Manager, your main goal will be to improve processes and production performance, with a holistic view on coordinating departments for potential future leadership roles within the production function. You will also have the opportunity to support the Manager during operational and managerial activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Production Manager in field operations, supporting both improvement and operational activities.
2. Conduct analysis and redesign of operational and managerial flows related to the Supply Chain.
3. Monitor and guide plant performance, evaluating speed, availability, and efficiency (OEE).
4. Perform analysis and troubleshooting of production systems and technical issues (mechanical, electrical, electronic).
5. Support Maintenance functions in technical activities and improvement projects.
6. Manage specific projects within the production scope as a Project Manager.

Candidate Profile

You might be the right person if you:

• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics) – recent graduate or with brief industry experience.
• Possess basic project management skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Have knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, SMED, and 5S principles (preferable).
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Speak English at a professional level.
• Are collaborative, pragmatic, and capable of working in a team, with a practical approach to technical-production issues.
