Based at our production site in Minerbio (Bologna area), you will be part of a team of three process engineers and will report to the Process Engineer Supervisor.

Role Overview

The Process Engineer will be primarily responsible for process designs, improvements, and engineering support for capital projects.

Minimum Qualifications
  • An engineering degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering
  • Knowledge of relevant country's Health and Safety legislation (training provided)
  • Continuous Improvement and Change Management skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Fluency in Italian and English
Main Responsibilities
  • Provide Process Technology input for programs to achieve top performance in safety, quality, and service.
  • Participate in investigations related to systemic issues affecting production.
  • Lead new product and technology introductions and support production transfers.
  • Develop and implement best-in-class processes and practices, including global process engineering standards.
  • Conduct economic evaluations of processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance safety, quality, service, and efficiency.
  • Support capital projects with process design and technology packages.
