Job Responsibilities

The Process Engineer will join a motivated international team and will be responsible for improving processes using appropriate tools and methodologies in compliance with Danfoss standards.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reviewing KPIs and monitoring systems, utilizing technology to achieve goals.
2. Developing supporting documents for processes (SOPs, PFMEA, Drawings).
3. Leading and supporting Lean projects (5S, SMED).
4. Analyzing inputs and data to identify patterns and develop workflows and processes.
5. Supporting activities to monitor, understand, and improve processes.
6. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
7. Creating training materials and delivering training sessions.

The ideal candidate should have:

1. Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in driving innovative ideas and developing new or improved solutions, especially digital solutions.
3. Experience in medium-structured companies or engineering consultancy organizations.
4. Experience in understanding and meeting customer needs, focusing on process optimization solutions.
5. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
