Technogym cerca un/una Process Engineer con competenze in Manufacturing e Time & Method per il Team di Process Engineering a Cesena, Italia. Lavorerai in un team cross‑funzionale su nuovi progetti di sviluppo prodotto e di produzione, coordinando risorse interne ed esterne.

Sarà apprezzata esperienza in avvio di nuovi prodotti, conoscenza Lean, capacità di definire tempi di produzione standard e layout di impianti. Disponibilità a viaggiare a livello nazionale ed internazionale.

Competenze

• Laurea o diploma tecnico in Ingegneria (Meccanica/Management/Manufacturing).
• Esperienza in avvio di nuovi prodotti.
• Esperienza in processo di assemblaggio.
• Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie/manufatturi Lean (Waste, Poka Yoke, VSM, SMED, DMAIC, 6σ).
• Esperienza definizione tempi standard di produzione.
• Buona conoscenza di Excel (Office).
• Conoscenza di AutoCAD/CAD.
• Capacità di lavoro in team con leadership.
• Buona manualità e senso pratico.
• Fluenza italiana e inglese.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare nazionalmente ed internazionalmente.

• Definizione e implementazione del miglior processo di produzione per sicurezza, qualità e costi.
• Definizione layout di stabilimento e linee assembly.

Your Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and curious Process Engineer with Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy, Cesena).

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects, coordinating internal or external resources.

Your Impact

New products start up

• Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety, quality, and costs
• Define factory and assembly line layout
• Define internal logistic flows
• Define production Standard Time
• Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress

About You

Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.

What you should bring

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Management, Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
• Experience in new product startup
• Experience in assembly process
• Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies, principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste, Poka Yoka, Value stream map, SMED, DMAIC process, 6σ, etc)
• Experience in production standard time definition
• Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
• Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
• Team player with strong leadership
• Strong practical sense
• Italian and English fluency
• Availability for national and international business trips

Compensation Data

We believe great work deserves great recognition.

For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 45,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
