POSTING PRESENTATION:

We are seeking a Process Control Defectivity Engineer to monitor, control, and improve the defectivity levels of processes and products manufactured in the fab. ST is looking for an engineer with teamwork skills who can create a positive and professional work environment, and is highly motivated to join our team.

The role involves investigating and analyzing defectivity trends to identify defects of interest and collaborating with the Fab team to drive improvement plans.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

• Candidates should have or be:
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team, thanks to interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative in problem analysis and drive solutions.
• Interest or background in data analysis.
• Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive solutions.
• Experience interacting and communicating daily with engineering groups inside and outside of the fab, and occasionally with external customers.
• Proactive attitude and drive for results.
