Responsibilities

Within our Consulting division, the Operational Excellence team provides innovative, tailored solutions to clients across various sectors. Our goal is to help organizations improve performance by reviewing and transforming their operational and business models using digital technologies.

We are seeking a Consultant/Senior Consultant with experience in:

• Analyzing and redesigning Source to Pay and Order to Cash processes;
• Implementing technological solutions for process digitalization.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering, economics, computer science, or related fields, with 3-5 years of experience in similar roles at leading consulting firms or client companies. Key skills include:

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable cycles;
• Proven experience in process analysis and optimization;
• Ability to draft high-level functional specifications;
• Basic knowledge of low-code technologies like process mining, RPA, iBPMS;
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript;
• Autonomy in managing client projects, with excellent relationship management skills;
• Leadership qualities to mentor junior staff and manage teams;
• Ability to identify business opportunities and propose innovative solutions;

• Clear and effective communication skills in both spoken and written English and Italian;
• Teamwork and knowledge sharing capabilities;
• Goal orientation with attention to quality and deadlines;
