Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Milan is seeking a talented Real Estate Analyst to join the Private Wealth Capital Markets team. You will conduct market analysis, build and refine real estate DCF models, and support client engagements across multiple asset classes in a dynamic European market.

The role offers exposure to high-net-worth transactions, opportunities to develop valuation and advisory skills, and collaboration with senior professionals within JLL's Private Wealth and Capital

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering, or Technical disciplines (Architecture, Engineering).
• Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate strongly preferred.
• Ideally 2-3 years of professional experience in real estate, finance, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis across asset classes and prepare market reports and sector studies.
• Analyze and support DCF models; prepare sensitivity analyses and scenarios.
• Assist with client meetings, site visits, due diligence, and back-office tasks (KYC/AML, contracts, invoicing).
