NTU International A/S seeks a Non-Key Expert – Private Sector Engagement to support activities under the AESPP Boost project, strengthening private sector participation and creating commercial opportunities across Africa and Europe’s space ecosystems.

The expert will engage companies, entrepreneurs and investors, perform market analyses, support business development, innovation and investment facilitation, and build cross-sector partnerships in a multinational context.

Competenze

• Master’s degree required in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management, or related field.
• Four additional years of relevant professional experience in absence of such degree.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.

Mansioni

• The expert will support activities to strengthen private sector participation, business development, innovation, investment and commercial opportunities within African and European space ecosystems.
• Engage companies, entrepreneurs and investors; conduct market/value-chain analyses; provide matchmaking, commercialization and access-to-finance support.

Non-Key Expert – Private Sector Engagement

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Support to the Africa-EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.”

The programme aims to strengthen cooperation between Africa and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert – Private Sector Engagement Expert to support activities aimed at strengthening private sector participation, business development, innovation, investment and commercial opportunities within the African and European space ecosystems.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• University degree at Master’s level in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management, or a related field. In the absence of such degree, four additional years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese will be considered an asset.

Minimum General Professional Experience

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in private sector development, industrial cooperation, innovation, business development and/or investment facilitation.

Minimum Specific Professional Experience

• At least 4 years of professional experience engaging companies, entrepreneurs and/or investors, including market/value-chain analysis, business support, matchmaking, commercialization and/or access to finance.
• Experience in the space, geospatial or technology sector and in Africa is highly relevant..
