Private Equity Investment Manager (Large Cap), Locate di Triulzi

Location: Locate di Triulzi, Italy

Company: Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of middle and senior management profiles, for an international SGR active in private equity based in Milan.

Position: The candidate will report directly to the Partner and will be responsible for:

  1. Actively managing the investment portfolio, monitoring the performance of the portfolio companies, and providing operational and strategic support to achieve growth and profitability objectives;
  2. Analyzing and identifying new investment opportunities aligned with the fund's strategy;
  3. Working closely with the management teams of portfolio companies, providing advice on strategic decisions, restructuring operations, expansion, or cost optimization;
  4. Conducting in-depth financial analyses and performance evaluations of companies, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing action plans;
  5. Managing relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, and external consultants, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies;
  6. Preparing reports and presentations for the board of directors and investors, providing updates on portfolio company performance and developments.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent academic background in Finance;
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in Private Equity SGRs;
  • Preferably, international work experience;
  • Excellent command of the English language (minimum level C1).
