Competenze

• 1-5 years of experience in Investment banking, private equity, or strategy consulting.

A renown mid-market fund based in Milan is looking to add several Analysts / Associates to their investment team. The team invests on companies across industries, with a focus on value creation and growth. The investment Associates are responsible for the sourcing and analysis of new potential investment opportunities, as well as for the execution of investment transactions and support to senior management on portfolio monitoring tasks.

The Ideal Candidate (m / w / d) is :

• proficient in Italian and fluent in English,
• a Master's graduate in finance, business administration, management,
• deeply motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and keen to gain a steep learning curve.

Qualifications

• Great analytical skills;
• 1-5 years of experience in Investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting;
• relevant academic background;
• MBA degree is a plus, not a must;
• relevant study or work experience abroad;
