A leading investment holding company is seeking an enthusiastic Investment Analyst to support senior professionals through the investment lifecycle. The role involves preparing critical investment documentation, assessing new opportunities, and managing portfolio initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic background in relevant fields and at least two years of pertinent experience, alongside fluency in English and Italian.

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking / M&A, or top-tier strategy consulting.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

What you will do :

As an Investment Analyst, you will work alongside senior professionals throughout the entire investment lifecycle and on portfolio value-creation initiatives.

• Support senior team members in scouting and originating new investment opportunities;
• Prepare Investment Memos and Reports for the Investment Committee and Board of Directors;
• Draft Business Plans and financial models to evaluate potential investments;
• Assist deal captains in portfolio management and monitoring, with relevant exposure to management.

What we are looking for :

• At least 2 years of experience in private equity, investment banking / M&A, or top-tier strategy consulting;
• Strong academic background in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or other STEM fields;
• Good business and market judgment, with the ability to present proprietary propositions;
• Strong teamwork skills and an entrepreneurial mindset;
• Attention to detail and good prioritization skills;
• Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
