Private Equity Associate (Milan) – International PE Fund

We are working with a reputable international private equity fund seeking a high-calibre Associate (Year 1) to join their dynamic team in Milan. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing, international platform with a strong track record across Europe.

What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end deal execution across sectors, with a focus on mid-market
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
• Prepare investment memos and present findings to the investment committee
• Monitor portfolio companies and contribute to value creation strategies
• Collaborate closely with senior team members and external advisors

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking (bulge bracket or elite boutique) or at a reputable PE fund
• Strong technical and analytical skillset with solid financial modelling experience
• Proven track record working on M&A transactions
• Fluent in Italiann and English
• Highly driven, team-oriented, and intellectually curious
