Vodafone Automotive cerca uno Privacy Specialist (Junior) per supportare le attività di protezione dati a livello internazionale. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con Legal, Security, Technology e Business per potenziare pratiche di privacy governance e conformità, con focus su GDPR e argomenti regolatori legati all’AI.

La figura collaborerà con team trasversali, contribuendo a progetti di privacy by design e a documentazione contrattuale, integrando competenze legali e tecnologiche in un contesto

Competenze

• 1–3 anni di esperienza in privacy, conformità, legal o ruoli regolatori.
• Stage o trainee in privacy o conformità è preferibile.
• Conoscenza di GDPR e principi di protezione dati.
• Interesse per contratti privacy e conformità regolatoria.
• Buona attenzione ai dettagli e approccio analitico.
• Certificazioni privacy o formazione correlate sono un plus.

Mansioni

• Supportare il team Privacy per garantire la conformità GDPR nell'organizzazione.
• Collaborare con Product, Technology e Business per applicare privacy by design throughout lo sviluppo e ciclo di vita di prodotti e servizi.
• Revisione e redazione di DPAs, contratti fornitori e clausole privacy per i clienti.
• Elaborare e aggiornare privacy notices, cookie policy e altra documentazione rivolta al cliente.
• Effettuare privacy review di siti web, piattaforme digitali e journey dei clienti.
• Supportare valutazioni privacy per nuovi prodotti, servizi e iniziative aziendali.
• Mantenere registri, controlli e governance privacy.
• Gestire richieste di privacy, audit e attività di conformità.
• Monitorare sviluppi normativi e promuovere la sensibilizzazione sulla privacy nell'organizzazione.

Privacy Specialist (Junior)

to join our team and help shape data protection practices across an international and innovation-driven environment. You will work closely with Legal, Security, Technology and Business teams, gaining hands-on experience in privacy governance, compliance and AI-related regulatory topics.

The Role

You will work closely with the Privacy team across a variety of activities, including:

• Support the Privacy team in ensuring GDPR compliance across the organization.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology and Business teams to promote Privacy by Design principles throughout the development and lifecycle of products and services.
• Support the review and draft of privacy-related contractual documentation, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), supplier agreements and customer privacy clauses.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of privacy notices, cookie policies and other customer-facing privacy documentation.
• Support privacy reviews related to websites, digital platforms and customer journeys.
• Assist in privacy assessments for new products, services and business initiatives.
• Help maintain privacy records, controls and governance documentation.
• Support the management of privacy-related requests, audits and compliance activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to privacy awareness initiatives across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in Privacy, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Audit or other regulatory-related roles.
• Previous internship or traineeship experience in privacy or compliance areas will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
• Interest in privacy-related contractual matters and regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across business functions.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Nice to have: Exposure to GDPR projects, compliance assessments or privacy-related coursework.
• Privacy certifications or training courses (e.G. CIPP/E, TÜV, university specialization courses).

Education

Degree in: Law Economics Business Administration Political Science or a related field.
