Jobtailor is seeking a Privacy & Data Governance Specialist to join our Italy-based team in Brugherio, Lombardy. You will develop, update, and maintain company data maps covering personal data across systems and processes, and collaborate with IT, Security, Legal and business stakeholders to document data processing information.

Competenze

• Experience in IT, Compliance, Data Management, Data Privacy, IT support, or a related field.
• Understanding of privacy principles, regulations, and good governance practices.
• Interest in developing expertise in privacy and the changing regulatory landscape.
• Familiarity with privacy-by-design concepts and their use in technology, systems, or cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confidence to take ownership of tasks, support initiatives, and influence stakeholders when needed.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, Outlook, Excel and Visio.
• Experience with TrustArc or similar privacy management tools would be an asset.
