About the job

As a Print & Multimedia Designer at Tether, you will craft visually compelling assets for print and multimedia content for events and campaigns. Collaborating with marketing, business development, and external partners, you will ensure brand-aligned, accurate design content that enhances event and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create high-quality print materials and event graphics supporting Tether’s initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and collaborating with production teams for flawless execution.
• Design and refine visual content for landing pages, social media banners, campaign images, and videos across platforms.
• Develop innovative design concepts for Tether’s units, focusing on fintech and communication tech.
• Customize content for each channel to boost engagement and traffic.
• Share ideas and insights with the team to contribute to marketing success.

Requirements Job Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in print and multimedia for events.
• Strong skills in creating print materials with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AI graphic tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Pika Labs.
• Portfolio showcasing event and multimedia projects.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, Keet) and content strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills; Spanish or Italian is a bonus.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Suite (After Effects is a plus).
• Understanding of branding and adherence to guidelines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about innovation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with professionalism and strong work ethic.
